"Time Expired" is a part of the "Signs" conservation art series. A common sparrow sits on a parking meter is the midst of swirling waves and splashing water. The bird has a peculiar serenity in spite of its situation. This series deals with the realities of climate change that we are starting to face, and will likely get much worse if we don't act to care for our planet and each other.
