Having done several pieces using eyeglass frames in organized rows, in this surf art painting and drawing I thought it would be interesting to show a pile of frames. Sunglasses are such an integral part of beach life and culture. The idea was to show in the lenses what you might see as a reflection. This piece took longer than any other piece of art I have ever created.
