The simple beauty of the horizon over the ocean. I'm always amazed at how calming the ocean can be. Just to sit and watch it brings a calmness. In the same way we can be mesmerized by watching a campfire, there is something in us that longs for the sea. That's what I was trying to get into this abstract ocean painting.
